Where can I purchase Arte Clavo products?

All of our products are available directly through our official website — www.arteclavo.com. We ship worldwide and ensure every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely.

You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for a faster checkout process, order tracking, and exclusive offers.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link to check your delivery status in real time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that processing times (1–3 business days) may apply before your order is dispatched.

Yes, Arte Clavo ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@arteclavo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.

🔄 Order Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please email cs@arteclavo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned items. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail products, such as gel polish, nail strips, or press-on nails, unless they arrived defective.
